o Developed and implemented the transitions plan for Chaghcharan Site.
o Conducted weekly briefings to KBR headquarters Bagram on the progress of transition between KBR and NATO sponsored contractor.
o Served as a Liaison between the US Government and KBR to ensure a seamless transition.
o Tracking all de-scope property movement from Chaghcharan Site to CJOA Materials Yard, Bagram.
