Professional Experience: |
?Lead on the design of results framework and monitoring frameworks in new project design and institutional funding proposals.
?Lead on the development of project M&E frameworks during project start-up by collaborating with internal stakeholders and country teams.
?Provide technical support to country teams on their monitoring practice during project implementation.
?Support the oversight of key projects. Build the capacity of country teams to ensure oversight reports are clear & complete.
?Maintain open lines of communication among internal stake holders about project progress and escalate risk when needed.
Assist institutional funding and senior management with communications on project progress.
Conduct internal quality standards assessments over country teams’ project cycle management (PCM) practice. Oversee the monitoring of PCM action plans.
