Advisory role on international human rights law, conducting advocacy, intervention in public events.
Current projects include:
* Amnesty International, France: Referee for the Commission on the Rights of the Child on (i) the campaign "My Body, My Rights" (ii) the preparations of the celebration of 25th anniversary of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, (iii) the advocacy campaign relating the the right of education of the Roma children. Advisory member of the Women's Rights Commission.
* Terre des Hommes (TdH): member of three Advisory Boards (Latin America, Asia and Rights and Development), working on (i) the international campaign of TdH "Destination Unknown" (relating to displaced children), (ii) the ratification of the optional protocol to the International Covenant in Social, Economic and Cultural Rights, (iii) the joint shadow report prepared by civil society in view of the French audition to the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in relation to its compliance with the ICSECR, and (iv) the establishment of internal standards and code of conduct to ensure the protection of children in contact with TdH and partners personnel.
*ADJIE (Accompagnement et Défense des Jeunes Isolés Etrangers), Paris antena: providing legal and administrative support to ensure the protection of unaccompanied foreign minors.
- Senior Legal Expert, EveryChild, Tbilisi, Georgia
January 2007 – August 2008
TACIS project Georgia: “Support to Child Welfare Reform in Georgia”.
Provided technical assistance on the implementation of Law on Social Assistance (recommendations) and the draft law on Adoption. Drafted the Law on Foster Care, amendments to title 5 (family) of the Civil Code and all secondary legislation after their adoption in December 2007. Drafted all secondary legislation to the Law on Adoption.
- Senior Legal Expert, EveryChild, Chisinau, Moldova
June 2005 – December 2006,
TACIS project “Capacity Building in Social Policy Reform in Moldova”
Technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs on foster care, on licensing and contracting of social services.
Drafted the Regulation on Foster Care.
Conducted training of members of local self government in 7 Moldovan regions on the issue of licensing and contracting out of social services to the not-for-profit sector.

Carried out the management of (i)LGI’s NALAS (Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South East Europe) projects and (ii) LGI’s Public Policy Centers Initiative Program. Including successfully established the Policy Association for an Open Society in Prague (studied the appropriate legal framework for establishing an international professional association in the CEE-NIS region, drafted the charter and by-laws, participated in the recruitment of senior management).
