2010 - Ongoing: Freelance Consultant specialized in the non-for-profit and public sector in Strategy, Project management and Evaluation:
- Installation of a strategic department and a management control unit within a social sector group,
- set up of a controlling unit for a public organization (management of a 200+ million budget)
- Market study and economic impact on the development of an international centre dedicated to Simenon in Liège (pricing, number of visitors, business plan, impact on the Liege economy in terms of jobs),
