Professional Experience: |
Develop and monitor implementation of communication, advocacy and IEC (Information and Education Campaign) strategies of the project;
Promote active participation of interest groups and NGOs in the implementation of the project activities;
Establish good working relationships with government officials, representatives of legislative bodies, NGO representatives, and interest groups involved within the framework of the project;
Assist the Project Coordinator in design, creation and delivery of communications products and services;
Organize and facilitate inter-country (Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia) reviews of advocacy, promotional and IEC materials;
Support the project in development and update of IEC materials;
Lead processes of design and printing of visibility and IEC materials of the project in cooperation with UNFPA Country Office staff;
Inform media outlets of significant developments, events, and press conferences planned and carried out by the project;
Organize and support public events targeted at raising awareness on and promotion of the project activities;
Prepare and distribute information kits and press releases of the project events;
Carry out other duties and tasks as deemed necessary by the Project Coordinator.

I hold International Master´s Degree in Environmental Sciences from Lund University (Sweden)and Bachelor´s degree in Economics and Finance (Armenia). My Master thesis focused on the role of environmental non-profit NGOs in sustainable development in the countries in transition with a special reference To "Vardenis" YMCA project, Armenia.
