Since the end of high school I have working experience in an office setting responsible for internal communication and the overseeing and managing of documents and business policies. In College I worked in the student government as the Vice President of Student Affairs and Pluralism and was the head of organizing a Multicultural Festival responsible for the management, marketing and publicity involving 70 clubs and programs. In the last three years, I worked and volunteered through a student non-profit organization, AIESEC and have been on four short term projects. These projects aimed to develop entrepreneurship in Mexico, research and edit a people's manifesto in India, support a green movement in Indonesia and further an educational program in Colombia. Through this involvement, I have experience in managing and coordinating projects, researching, media communications and public relations.

I graduated from the University of Washington in June 2013 earning my Bachelor of Arts from the Jackson School of International Studies. In March 2013 I published a policy report with my class about Empowering European Citizens, Challenges and the Road Ahead. My contribution is a Chapter on Closing the Gap Between Non-Governmental Organizations and the European Citizen, giving policy suggestions on how to improve the functions of NGO’s in the EU. Much of my studies also focused on Latin America and the International Political Economy.
