Work with the President/CEO on the strategic vision including fostering and cultivating stakeholder relationships on regional, state, and national levels, as well as assisting in the development and negotiation of contracts.
Program Management Copper River Regional Health Network Built, coordinated and managed of one of the most successful and proactive rural health networks in Alaska. Authored the Copper River Region Health Needs Assessment, through extensive research including the drafting and dissemination of a community needs survey. Negotiated and implemented a region wide Memorandum of Understanding amongst all health care organizations in the Copper River Region.
