Business Development, Fundraising & Operations Management: Strong grants management, proposal development and fundraising experience, wrote over 50 proposals with 90% success rate and raised over $2 million USD. Hands-on experience in full-cycle operational management, from field office set-up, budget management, procurement, logistics, and security, to donor reporting.

? Leadership & Capacity Building: Experienced in HR management aspects including recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluations. Managed up to 10 direct reports and indirectly supervised 300 multicultural and multi-level staff. Organized and delivered workshops on contingency planning, needs assessments, proposal writing, and emergency strategy development for 20 to 30 local and expatriate staff.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnership Development: Employed a multi-stakeholder approach in strengthening partnerships and links with local government authorities, representatives from various donors such as DfID, USAID/OFDA, ECHO, CIDA and UN agencies, public and private sectors and the civil society.
