Swiss GAAP FER Accounting and Consolidation
? Changed WWF accounting policy from June 2015 to ensure revenue and cost of projects bookings in compliance with Swiss GAAP FER requirements.
? Developed new consolidation package as per Swiss GAAP FER and trained all WWF consolidation offices in over thirty countries in 2015.
Implementation of Oracle Accounting System (i.e. Oracle ERP 12.1.3)
? Played a critical role in the requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, launch and maintenance of the Oracle ERP system for WWF; led the WWF-China’s accounting team to the successful rollout of the Oracle ERP system as one of the two pilot offices in the entire WWF network; acted as super user of different modules including GL, AP, AR, Grants, CM and Encumbrance).
