Currently the Head of the Framework Contract Department at ICE EEIG, Brussels based consulting company. Reshma has over 13 years of experience in the field of Public Health, notably in the provision of support to the reform of public health and the as- sociated government entities, sexual and reproductive health, HIV/AIDs, gender-based health issues, and mental health. She has more than 10 years of experience in the management of projects and programmes in developing contexts and has undertaken extensive work with or on behalf of the international donor community, as well public and non-pro t organisations. She additionally has 5 years of experience of EC FWCs, having worked in the FWC Unit at ECO, where she currently occupies the Head of Unit position, and is responsible for a variety of activities, including the preparation, planning, and execution of short-term missions, identi cation of staff, quality control, and full technical and nancial backstopping. She thus has excellent first-hand knowledge of EC procedures and regulations, as well as in-depth of experience of managing FWC projects and the consortia involved in their implementatoin. In addition to her experience in managing large international projects, Reshma has worked as an international expert in projects pertaining to Public Health in Sub Saharan Africa. She is fluent in English and has working knowledge of French.
