Professional Experience: |
For the last 20 years, I have worked for businesses of different sizes (from SMEs to large multi-cultural and multi-site groups) and in regulatory constrained sectors such as the chemical industry, health, construction and architecture.
I started my career as a public affairs and communication professional based in Brussels and then worked for a global chemical company.
Later, I worked for a leading international pharmaceutical company based in France, where market access issues were at the heart of our daily concerns. During this period, I conducted intense negotiations with different governments to remove regulatory barriers, obtain the correct pricing and ensure reimbursement terms for patients.
In more recent years, I have held several senior management positions in complex environments. As such, I know perfectly well what the position of a Director General entails and responsibilities involved.
In 2017, I started my own consultancy firm to accompany executives in different issues : market access, public affairs, business development, transformation of organisation.
