I have strong skills in program and staff evaluation in a cultural environment, with diverse staffing.
I was Assistant Professor of Management at the American University of Sharjah, UAE teaching Global HRD, Global Leadership, Cultural Management, Organization Behavior for 4 yrs..
I conducted 6-week HR workshops for the HR Departments in the Dubai UAE Ministeries...as UAE did not have impactful or modern HR departments.
I worked in more than 16 countries and come from a diverse family background. I was a Fulbright Scholar to the Polytechnic Institute of Romania and the International Management Centre of Hungary ( 2 yrs). I also taught in the first Budapest Business School.
I am currently a USA Senior Fulbright Specialist.
I have conducted trainings in standup in- person groups, via TV or computer or standup as well.
I was one of 4 persons designing a computer based testing program in Mathematics for students in K-12 in the USA. I designed all math questions and trained teachers on the use of the testing system...The company in Math, Science, and English EduTest.com was sold for 11$ million to a company in California,
I conducted trainings via satellite, TV and computer for 3 yrs for the Virginia Dept. of Education in the ELECTRONIC Classroom.
I worked for the Aga Khan Agency- Canada in Dushanbe in evaluation of the staffing in Tajikistan 0ffice.
I Went to Lesotho SA to assist the national water agency WASA in redesigning their workforce which was decimated by HIV... 400 employees had died. New job descriptions and muliple interviews were necessary.
I worked for the Center For International Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University - 3 years...teaching TESOL to dental students from Kuwait
