As reflected in my CV, I have gathered relevant experience in programme and project management and developed my managerial skills in various settings, in the private sector as well as within governmental entities, as independent and consultant.
I am a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in the humanitarian and development field, including six years working on Cash based interventions for internally displaced people in fragile countries. I am currently working the United Nations Office for Project Services, supporting both the Central African Republic and Cameroon offices, where my main activities consist in strategic advisory to senior management and technical guidance of social protection and safety nets activities.
Through the international exposure and additional experience in the private sector, I acquired solid managerial, entrepreneurial, networking and negotiating skills. I have a strong field experience in emergency preparation and response specifically Cash Base Intervention in fragile countries including Central African Republic and Haiti, and a field expertise in social protection and social safety-nets in vulnerable countries and volatile security contexts. I am able to adapt quickly to changing and difficult environments and to prioritize, work under pressure and deliver on time. My strong interpersonal and communication skills allow me to create and maintain excellent working relationships with partners and act as troubleshooter when needed.
During the past 5 years with UNOPS, I developed familiarity with policies and best practices at project and programme level. I have worked with most of main donors, such as the World Bank, AFDB; ISDB; AFD, USAID, KOICA etc.
I am a result-oriented person with hands-on approach to problem solving, I am dynamic, autonomous and good team player at the same time, able to quickly mobilize staff to achieve results.
