Professional Experience: |
In the last year, I have done two internships. One of my internships was done in Malawi at Water and Juice company call Anchor Processors where my position was a Factory Manager Trainee, my duties were the following:
- Overseeing equipment efficiencies
- Maintenance within the factory
- Overseeing production
- Improving production efficiencies
- Running raw materials and finished products reconciliation
- Enhancing Health and Safety procedures and protocols
- Training machine operators and technicians
- Helping to manage the budget of the factory
- Machine installation
- Running projects
After that, I did an online internship for a German company called Briannest, where my role as a Junior Project Manager, my duties was as follows:
- Creating Team Agreements for projects that are being worked on
- Creating a Project Charter
- Planning the Agenda for the Kickoff meeting
- Planning the budget
- Conducting a stakeholder analysis
- Planning a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and making Gantt charts, using different project management tools.
- Conducting a risk assessment of a project.

I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Project Management. I completed both of my degrees at the University of Sussex in the UK.
