The World Economic Forum is an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships to shape global, regional and industry agendas. The World Economic Forum is selecting exceptionally talented individuals to join its organization for a full-time position and a three-year Master's programme in Global Leadership.

As a Global Leadership Fellow, you are fully integrated in the World Economic Forum and benefit from an intensive work and learning experience intended to develop and train future leaders of global enterprises and international organizations. The Global Leadership Programme www.weforum.org/glf is designed by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with Columbia University, INSEAD, London Business School, the Wharton School and the Forum's worldwide network of distinguished experts and leaders. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will receive a MASTER'S IN GLOBAL LEADERSHIP.

We are looking for outstanding individuals, who demonstrate a high level of energy and a strong commitment to our mission, to take up positions such as COMMUNITY MANAGER, REGIONAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, PROJECT MANAGER, KNOWLEDGE MANAGER and PROGRAMME MANAGER.

We expect you to exhibit demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellence in a particular field or discipline and a proven interest in global affairs. You possess a broad intellectual background with a Master's degree in science/engineering/economics/business/public policy/public administration. You have solid professional experience. You are fluent in English and at least one other language.
