Professional Experience:

After completing my lawyer internship at the law firm Lenz & Staehelin and being admitted to the Geneva bar, I joined the firm's Departments of Non-profit organizations and Competition law. In this context, I have been providing legal expertise and advice to a wide range of corporate clients, in particular non-profit organizations. While the integrated business model of Lenz & Staehelin has given me the opportunity to be exposed to various aspects of commercial law, especially antitrust matters or mergers and acquisitions related issues, my activity focused primarily on advising international NGOs. I have conducted setting up and restructuring processes for such entities as well as handled the negotiation, drafting and review of various types of contracts, including grant documentation, procurement, distribution and financing agreements. I have been involved in the elaboration and implementation of numerous projects carried out by international NGOs, notably public-private partnerships and innovative finance mechanisms in the field of health. My professional experience is completed by an internship in the General Counsel Department of Human Rights Watch in New York, where I assisted the General Counsel in various governance matters, notably with respect to data protection issues and humanitarian ethics.
