Experienced journalist and editor who has worked within international and UK local and regional press.
Held high-level editorial positions as an editor for an international public health journal, commissioning editor for a market-leading trade magazine and sports editor for a local newspaper.
Currently associate editor for the Bulletin of the World Health Organization, I am responsible for commissioning and editing two news features, a public health round-up and one interview per monthly issue. I've also written press releases and liaised with central communications office to ensure their dissemination on time, as well as liaising with web team to ensure regular updates on Twitter feed.
