• Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the WHS programs and grantees in DRC and the links with others African WHS;
• Provide technical advice to Party and raise the awareness of the DRC authorities on the values and biodiversity conservation issues of the World Heritage sites
• Provide training and capacity building for the DRC government;

• Lead the process of gathering information and preparing reports on progress of program implementation, assessing results and identifying areas for the World Heritage Committee’s decisions on the state of conservation of the DRC sites, review deliverables and ensure quality;
