Determined places, scenic arrangements, sound and lights systems. • Oversaw the agenda of a senior official of Defence diplomacy.• Managed an intelligence unit with ten specialists petty officers and seamen. Collected, analysed and communicated the intelligence summaries for the French operational command for the Mediterranean Sea.• Coordinated local communication on the international academic conference in preparation of the Francophonie Summit in 2004. Created and wrote communication materials (booklets, reports, posters). • Represented the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie with Burkinabe institutions in order to negotiate its participation for the organization of the Francophonie summit.• Monitored the budget for the organization of communication operations in Ouagadougou.• Organized services toward Burkinabe students in the Internet access centre of Ouagadougou’s University. Planned IT trainings.
I studied in Paris in the first communication and PR school, EFAP, French School of communication and media relations.I obtained my diploma in 2003.Coming back from Ouagadougou, I join the Navy as an under contract Officer.
