—Led an unprecedented increase in the number of operations and technical assistance projects with gender-related results (GRR), driving from a low 17% to 67% in one year for Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
—Built a portfolio of operations in public financial management and citizen security in the Bahamas, developing and nurturing a technical and strategic dialogue with counterparts at IDB, and in the country’s judiciary branch.
—Strengthened relationship between the Attorney General (AG) of the Bahamas and the IDB, designing and approving a solution to a sole-sourcing contract—that had stalled the execution of a technical cooperation .
—Led and promoted relations of the Embassy of Switzerland to U.S. with multilateral organizations, serving as the First Secretary in Economic Affairs economic issues (such as policies on sanctions, agriculture, biotechnology, FDA and public health).
—Negotiated 32 “Paris-Club” public-debt agreements on behalf of Switzerland, coordinating Swiss trade and economic issues involving Latin America.
