More than 10 years of experience in gender related programs funded by UN, EU, and other international organisations in Albania.
Proven skills in analysis, report preparation and legal recommendations.
National and international experience in assessment and drafting of governmental policy documents from a gender perspective, particularly in post-socialist countries.
Over 10 years of lecturing experience on gender and feminist studies.
More than 10 years of experience in public speaking and presentations in national and international conferences, seminars, etc.
Since 2002, experience with UN and other international bodies (CoE, GIZ, World Bank, DfID, SDC, EU, ILO) and Albanian government.
Author and co-author of various research reports, books, academic articles and other contributions related to gender issues with a particular focus in Albania and the Balkans.
Fulbright visiting scholar on gender and sociology at The New School in New York (2013).
Experience in various countries; six language speaker.
Education:
Bachelor in Social Sciences from the University of Lausanne; Master on Business Administration from the University "Montesquieu" Bordeaux IV; Master in International Environmental Law (MDICE) from the University of Limoges;
PhD in Human and Social Sciences (magna cum laude) from the University of Neuchatel, focussed on the gender analysis of migration processes.
