I have professional experience working to advance human rights at the international and national level.
This experience ranges from providing legal assistance to migrant farmworkers in California's San Joaquin Valley to working with Legal Aid of Cambodia to help the Cambodian government meet its obligations under the Convention on the Rights of the Child to my current position, serving as the Human Rights Research Officer at the Permanent Mission of Fiji to the United Nations in Geneva. Each position required me to undertake extensive consultations with various stakeholders, conduct thorough legal analyses, and advocate for the rights of vulnerable populations.
These diverse experiences position me well to help organizations advocate effectively at the international and national level.
