Professional Experience:
Nearly 20 years of experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project management in developing countries: strong competencies in the field of Agricultural Chain of Value, Environment and Climate Change, Natural Resource Management, Clean Energy, Food Security/ Food Systems and rural social services (WASH, health, primary education).
Strong knowledge in strengthening capacities and promoting technical assistance of local stakeholders including National Authorities and Governmental bodies. Proven competencies in partnership development and high-level dialogue with stakeholders and Government representatives.
Solid experience in strategic thinking and development, fund and grants management, team management, procurement, finance, budget management including expenditures procedures and procurement.
