Professional Experience: |
With over 20 years of experience in communications for humanitarian and human rights organizations, I am passionate about telling the stories of people affected by war and natural disasters. As the Senior Humanitarian Communications Coordinator at CARE International Secretariat, I currently oversee the development and implementation of media and advocacy strategies for the organization's global humanitarian response.
A strong background in journalism, research, and international law enables me to produce high-quality content, analysis, and messaging on complex and sensitive issues. I have also successfully led the communications transformation of a network-based human rights organization, and coordinated the media work of the ICRC for the Near and Middle East region. Thanks to a professional life spent in 12 countries and on four continents, I thrive in multicultural and dynamic environments, where I can collaborate with and support colleagues from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. I am fluent in five languages.
