International project and operations professional with over 15 years of experience coordinating complex, multi-country activities across Europe and working in demanding, multicultural environments. My background combines project delivery, operational coordination, logistics, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, budget oversight and reporting, with experience working across headquarters, regional and field environments.
Throughout my career, I have coordinated teams, external partners and service providers across multiple locations, ensuring that activities are properly planned, resources are effectively managed and implementation remains aligned with organisational requirements. My experience includes operational projects, site development and openings, relocations, logistics, procurement, contract coordination, budget monitoring, invoice validation and structured reporting.
I have regularly worked between central teams and local operations, including through on-site missions supporting implementation, local teams and partners, and resolving operational challenges directly. This combination of strategic coordination and practical field exposure has strengthened my ability to translate organisational objectives into effective and context-sensitive delivery.
Earlier in my career, I developed a strong foundation in international logistics and operations in fast-paced environments, including inventory management, customs, operational set-up and time-critical launches. Alongside my professional experience, I have also undertaken field-based community and environmental initiatives in Southern Africa.
